Vision Indonesian Shelter Veterinarians Association (ADHSI)
Strive to make the Indonesian Shelter Veterinary Association a non-territorial organization under PDHI that can be the initiator of the development of shelter management quality that has international standards and prioritizes animal welfare.
Mission Indonesian Shelter Veterinarians Association (ADHSI)
- Improving the quality of professionalism of veterinarians of shelter practitioners (as individuals, association members and part of the community) and other stakeholders.
- Improving the quality of veterinary services for shelter owners.
- Creating standard shelter management practices that provide optimal and sustainable animal welfare.
Scope Indonesian Shelter Veterinarians Association (ADHSI)
The organization's activities include organizing scientific activities and continuing education for members including:
- Population management.
- Medical record management - ambulatory.
- Sanitation management.
- Animal health and animal welfare management (transportation, behavioral health, animal handling, sterilization and euthanasia).
- Veterinary public health management, and
- Infectious disease management (outbreak management or disaster management - including being able to respond, report and coordinate).
